Who We Are

The organization was established as a result of our commitment to the rehabilitation sector and interest in providing personalized, effective, accountable and focused service.

We are committed to service excellence and have over 75 years combined experience in the delivery of community based services:

Paul Mc Cormack, Program Director. Paul has worked with people with complex special needs for the past 25 years and has specialized in community based services for people with cognitive and developmental issues for the majority of his career.

He has worked in both the fully funded sector and in the private sector, has been a lecturer at George Brown College, worked with the Ministry of Children and Youth Services in managing complex service issues, and has presented at numerous workshops both provincially and nationally.

Paul is currently a board member of the Ontario Brain Injury Association and a founding board member of the Toronto Brain Injury Society.

Clinical Program Managers. Are recognized and highly regarded in both the children and adult service sectors. Our managers have at a minimum 25 years of experience. They are experienced clinical managers and field practitioners with specific expertise in the delivery of community and home based assessment and services with a focus on life skill development and behaviour programming, individual, family and sibling support.

As complete practitioners they have developed the capacity to think strategically about the management of resource obstacles and opportunities adopting flexible, creative, innovative practical and effective solutions to meet complex needs.

As experienced managers and practioners they provide overall organizational leadership and work directly with the staff team to ensure that Elements Support Services exceed customer and client expectations.
