• Elements strives to contribute positively to the communities we work in through various forms of giving and volunteerism. Our volunteer activities include sitting on local boards of directors, volunteering our time and committing resources to charitable activities and events.
• We support our stakeholders (clients, case managers, staff, funders) in their volunteer activities through sponsorship.
• We support OBIA and the local Associations through membership and through direct financial support of their activities.
• We support our staff’s commitment to charitable activities by matching their financial contribution up to $100 per activity.
  

REDUCING OUR ENVIROMENTAL FOOTPRINT

In an era of heightened awareness of environmental stewardship we are committed to finding ways to act responsibly. Some of our initiatives include:

• Using electronic billing and reporting systems whenever possible to reduce paperwork.
  
• Ensuring that a recycling program is in use at our head office.
  
• We recognize that in order to meet clients needs our staff put a lot of mileage on their vehicles each year, we purchase “carbon offsets” to help reduce the environmental impact.
  
• Wherever possible we support other businesses that are committed to reducing their environmental footprint.
