Our Approach

Our functional therapy approach combines opportunities for therapeutic follow-through, skill acquisition and practice in real-life settings.

Services are designed to assist the person to enhance personal awareness of strengths and limitations, to continue the development of emotional confidence, feelings of self-worth, and to integrate social, recreational and productive endeavors into his or her daily life.

We use proactive & practical teaching approaches based on positive reinforcement and antecedent management to encourage desired behaviour and skill acquisition. Services may be provided in treatment centers, small groups, in-home, work settings, school setting, community, out-patient or day treatment settings.

What Makes Us Unique:

  • Our Clinical Program Managers ensure that services remain focused and effective
  • We report on outcomes, connecting the work we do with our client's progress
  • Service is accountable to all stakeholders
  • Our area of expertise if Acquired Brain Injury
  • We utilize community resources as much as possible to build networks of support for our clients

Each program plan is distinct with specific goals that are measured and reported back to the Rehabilitation Team.

"Our individually tailored service helps individuals live as independently as possible, promoting full and productive living". Paul Mc Cormack
