Elements Support Service is a specialist rehabilitation service meeting the needs of children, youth and adults with a brain injury or other serious trauma. Working in coordination with the Rehabilitation Team our support is instrumental and focused on the individual reaching their full potential.

Elements is a results-oriented company with a network of knowledgeable and skilled Rehabilitation Support Workers dedicated to providing quality individualized service.

Depending on the individual’s needs, services may be provided in one of the following settings:

community residential small-group congregate in-home

outpatient school work environments day treatment environments

Instrumental and unique to Elements is our integrated approach to 'real skill' program support to help each individual reach their optimal level. Determining specific needs by relating comprehensive assessment results into real, meaningful and functional programs the 'Elements Program Manager' works alongside the Rehabilitation Team - Case Manager, Occupational Therapist, Speech Therapist, Physio Therapist, Psychologists, Lawyer, Funder, Client, Family and other members, and our Rehabilitation Support Workers implementing practical interventions that are objective and outcome focused.
